Make the shipment plan according to the brand manager’s seasonal merchandising plan.
Follow up the shipment with the supplier according to the shipment plan
Coordinate and negotiate with the supplier and forwarder to arrive the inventory in time.
Corporate with agent to get the inventory to get in time.
Inspect the received inventory with packing list and tag the price tag to transfer to stores.
Upload PO,GRPOS and invoice TRFS to system.
Arrange the item code and price at SAP software and integrate with V6 at stores.
Arrange to delivery the inventory to stores and confirm with the stock situation.
Inform to shortage the items to the brand manager and supplier.
Check and count the ground inventory with stores and warehouse to reconcile monthly.
Integrate the sales transaction of stores with SAP and V6.
Arrange the new item master data in SAP.
Arrange the new products launch and seasonal promotion items.
Record damage item in the damage register and inform to finance Dept.
Maintain seasonal items register after season finished.
Store manager prepare inventory balance report and send to managing director.
Send monthly closing inventories report amount and quantity to finance department.
Compare software inventories and store department’s inventories report monthly.
Arrange the inventory neat and tidy and protect the pest at warehouse.
Record separately for damage and obsolete inventory.
Liaise with audit for reconcile with the warehouse and stores.
Make the monthly report to operation manager/head of operations.
Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties.
Any Graduate or procurement and logistic diploma.
5 years of luxury tailored clothing, Retail Sales and sales merchandising experience
