JOB DESCRIPTION
• Execute level 1 support to Contact Center by providing technical solutions in a professional manner
• Apply troubleshooting procedures in an effort to resolve Technical problems in contact center such as PC / Network problem, upgrading and repairing of equipment as required
• Support team members for application and service issues
• Manage daily work schedule to ensure sufficient Technical support in contact center
• Conduct training to internal stakeholders for maintenance of operation equipment
JOB REQUIREMENT
• Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in computer science or equivalent• Minimum 1 year experience in Network Operator / Service Desk / Contact Center Environment
• Ability to handle complex enquiries and to meet everyday challenges
• Present professional, efficient and friendly customer service to stakeholder
• Positive attitude, effective communication and team player
• Willing to work in shift (including weekend)
